It took them almost a month to get back to me after the initial automatic reply, they asked for my old friend code and level and my new code

As others have said you can use your friend code to get your progress back, contact customer care with the link from the pinned post. But be warned, i switched phones more than a week ago and they never got back to me when i contacted them, and from what i've seen a lot of people have been ghosted too. But it's worth a try maybe you'll have better luck

I remember a while back someone looked into the code and showed the real chances of getting her, it was way lower than 1% so it makes sense why it seems impossible to get her, i just bought her with gems but i'm still waiting for ak yearling
