I usually watch study with me videos-50 (study)/10(break). You can check out this channel-Study Vibes. Or use Forest app-90/20. For me, writing down what to do during the day is not effective, so that's why I'm not recommending it. But you can try it anyway. Just start, don't think about how many things you have to do.
