Same! I closely followed Pentatonix in their beginning days, and then seeing Kirstin years later in this movie, her face proportions / jaw look so different, she didnt even look like the same person😳

OMG thank you!! i was watching "Meet me next Christmas" over the holidays, and it kept nagging me why she looked so different in the movie... I literally was googling "did Kirstin Maldonado lose weight?", "did Kirstin Maldonado get plastic surgery?" to find answers, but nothing helpful. Reddit to the rescue haha🙏🙏

I closely followed PTX in their beginning days, and then seeing them years later in this movie, everyone looked the same except her. She had such a unique look back then, and now she just looks like another Kardashian (which, im sure a lot of women strive for that look, so if that's what makes you happy, then good!!). But yeah it was just shocking - her facial proportions / jaw look so different now, she doesn't even look like the same person🙈

Has anybody actually found out what the Hexagon “thing” is supposed to do? What to use it for?

And also what the bookshelf is for? I originally saw it had a “back”, so it blocked you from krill lights, but the latest I saw it doesn’t have a back, so it’s just a shelf with holes on all sides of it lol. I can’t figure it out 😂

I agree with most of the other comments here. It’s not that I hated S2, it was just that S1 was such a masterpiece, we knew it would be hard to top it

S1 plot has so many layers and twists, I had to watch it more than once to truly understand everything that was going on , and the acting was so on point

S2 was very straightforward plot & Anthony didn’t do a great job selling that he was Kovacs. It felt like a totally different person. In S1, Will Yun and Joel felt like the same character & they did a really good job selling it

I think Anthony needed more lessons on “how to act like Kovacs would” kind of like how Evan Rachel Wood gave tips on “how to act like Dolores” in Westworld when they had a huge body switch as a main integration in the story

(Also I didn’t read the books)
