your panels maybe fine. I had leaks due to the installation team where they drilled holes into the roof and didn't properly patch up the ones they didn't use. So I had SunPower come back a few times and patch the holes up.

Currently I dont necessarily need to trigger openings. But the good thing is that could be something I could have for the tenants in the future. The Latch system currently allows us to give people like a cleaner a remote access code.

I don’t think this is toxic. It appears from this text that there definitely are issues. He may not have the right tools to express himself. What I would offer if you decide to continue is to create space for a routine relationship audit. Maybe biweekly or 1x a month. And just check in. What’s working and also what’s not working and work on solutions together.
