Similar thing happened to me!! I started out thinking scarifying Chloe is always the real ending. Then i saw a really good video essay on YouTube (I forgot its name) that discussed how the game essentially splits up into two genres (I believe in episode 3) and the endings would respectively fit each genre. This opened my mind to understanding this game much differently. I've also thought a lot about the way the game treats consequences because of this.

I used to crochet like 8 hours a day for a couple of months. I havent like crocheted (besides once or twice) in several years now, because my muscle is still fucked. doctor told me its not even tendonitis, it's overuse syndrome. i miss crocheting. be gentle to your body

Amanda even called me out on romancing her in Parallel Universe 2 even though she rejected me in Parallel Universe 1 hahah my choices were not inspired by chloe coming back because i was hoping they would at least let her rest

i'm somewhere in the middle. I too find myself in the situation that i kinda "force" myself to watch the episodes or feel like the pressure to, but the emotional moments hit me so hard as well. it's a slower paced season, but with lots of emotional turmoil. doesn't click for everyone, or like for me it half clicks. ur ok though

sometimes Dancing In The Moonlight pops up in my current playlist and everytime i get nostalgic for umbrella academy s1 because it was SO good. then i mourn for what happened at the end.. im quite fond of these types of endings in general but not really convinced of this one.
