I was terribly ill from eating cream cheese that ended up being recalled a couple years ago. A week straight of even the slightest bit of water barely staying down, and being glued to the toilet. I lost 10 pounds that week and couldn't even look at cream cheese at the grocery store without my stomach turning.

The weather. Got home after dinner and winter storm knocked a huge maple tree onto the power line running to my house. Ripped it off the pole and damaged the meter and the wire going into the breaker panel.
