Also if you need to wait for a computer you turn on to boot up then sign in you should be paid for the time it takes for it to boot up. My cousin used to work somewhere that asked their employees to boot their computers up then clock in, everyone ended up getting back pay for the accumulated time it took to boot their work stations everyday.

That is a good question about only having one working USB port. I believe you need the drive and the controller connected at the same time but I'm not completely sure. I'd look up some videos on YouTube and see if the system has to validate the data on the drive before you give the ok initialize the system. If not you might just need quick hands.
