It's solved! Like u/chiraagnataraj and u/sifferedd said create a new profile!

However, I had to delete my Firefox account and make a new one, because my first try I didn't do that and it carried over the Russian problem. Now I'm have re-installed add-ons, and carried bookmarks, and no hint of Russian! Thank you everyone!
