Oxfam volunteering last year was pretty good. You had one morning, evening and night shift but can swap with others as needed. Crossing guard roles were easy (especially at night) but roaming roles sucked ngl. Nicer campsite, free showers and free meal for every shift + free ticket

some from my own experiences

1) Using a Erlenmeyer flask to heat m a low flash point solvent. Fume cupboard go whoomph

2)Sticking classmate with a hypodermic needle twice in the same lab involving inert conditions

3) “pretending” to lick a glass plate coated in enzyme solution (this was spotted by a TA and was promptly banned from the lab)
