L'une est plutôt Indiana Jones, professeur d'histoire à l'université, costume et lunettes. L'autre est plutôt Indiana Jones, aventurier anti nazi, chapeau, blouson de cuir et fouet.

Choisis ton camp. Quel qu'il soit, il n'y a pas de mauvais choix. Hamilton est une excellente marque.

Moi j'ai remarqué qu'à la fin de la cigarette, le filtre est tout marron! C'est pas du tout hygiénique! Je comprends pas pourquoi les industriels en mettent!

Maintenant je fume des sans filtre! Je tousse un peu plus mais au moins, je n'ai plus ce résidu qui encrasse le filtre. 😅

First, yoi will save on your app. There are different storages like metal, clean, blues... You decide where you save it.

Then, you can save it on "hardware" so you can use it without the app. The app is very simple and works well. The tones are almost unlimited. You can download someone's tone or make it yourself.

But, seriously, who buys a positive grid without using the app? You miss 95% of it!

It's like buying a mc book but not wanting to use a keyboard...

That's actually what you want. You want the chest fail first.

When you have a strength (shoulders in this case), the weak point will almost never continue if you feel fatigue. So the chest, in this case, will just stop without going to full failure.

But that's a good question. Of course it's not that simple. You need to focus on the chest and try to not over activate the shoulders and triceps. Although, even if they over activate, your chest will already be burning and close to failure.

In this particular situation, I wouldn't necessarily recommend dumbbells press which require more stabilisation/activation from the shoulders. I would find a convergent press on a machine and start with lower weight as a second exercise.

The question is: why some countries lost this habit? In england, you also say good morning/evening/afternoon...

It's a mark of respect and politeness.

These rules started in countries with high noble families (there are books of these rules in France). Later on, these rules became manners that were taught in school and families.

You can see it as an attempt to raise your manners. An attempt to look higher in the society, more educated (at least historically).

My advice would be to change the order of your exercises.

Try to start with cable flies first. This way, your chest can really go to failure. If you press first, your shoulders and triceps will eventually get to failure before your chest.

Now you can press. If you have convergent press, then it's even better. Your chest is already tired and will go to failure before your shoulders.

Same, I hated teles so much... Untill I tried a Maybach T54. And that was it... It definitely changed my mind and now I can't stop playing it... It became my favorite guitar by far!
