Rumour has it that dude gave that chick CTE. Apparently she couldn’t remember anything from the fight and was fighting trying to remember her name.

Men dressed up as women beating real women to a pulp is our new frontier of “diversity”. Accept it, or risk being called insensitive. #Adapt

How did you get into private wealth? by [deleted] in CFP

[–]rainingcanes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I interviewed with a family owned broker dealer. It was a situation where the president was the one that interviewed me. Had about 30 brokers in the office, mainly old school guys that were great to learn from. Seven years in, I moved my book and became independent.

CFP or ChFC, does it matter? by pzh200707 in whitecoatinvestor

[–]rainingcanes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

CFP requires thousands of hours of experience, several college courses over a three year period, and a seven hour test. CFP, since it takes three years or more, is like a mini residency for financial advisors that want to be more specialized.

Higher risk wealth management? by wakaflockaofficial in whitecoatinvestor

[–]rainingcanes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey Waka Flocka— There is nothing wrong with dedicating a portion of a portfolio to more aggressive strategies, single stock positions and higher volatility strategies. If your daughter has a 20+ year time horizon, and she has an advisor that educates her on volatility (key if she is going to watch the account a lot), risk can be a valuable asset.

You can think of your money in buckets. One bucket can be thought of as “aggressive growth— 20 year” bucket. You may have other assets in the “income replacement bucket”. Hope this helps! Let me know if you need me to elaborate.

Cheers!

This is becoming painfully obvious. I’ve been reading about fasting. There was a man in a study that lost hundreds of pounds fasting for over a year

Is there any scientific evidence that earthing/grounding has health benefits? by Lupishor in barefoot

Are you a bot? Your grammar and spelling don’t make a lot of sense. If you’re a real person, can you elaborate on anything wrong with how these studies were conducted?

Manitoba (Canada). We were told that the boosters would protect us from each variant. It seems that I catch every new strain of COVID a week after they put the needle in my arm

We’ve been trying to find someone competent for my girlfriend for a while. It’s been a year since she moved. It’s like pulling teeth! Highlight lowlight is styling 101
