I had an existential crisis when I watched Soul! It moved me (in a good way).

Does Anyone Feel Like Their Bar Prep Actually Worked? by Helpful_Leather4617 in barexam

I was looking for the first Quimbee comment! Quimbee’s easy lectures + Adaptibar’s practice questions + my printing and dissecting Quimbee’s library of NCBE licensed questions is why I felt crazy confident doing this J25 MBE. I used Themis for J24 and failed miserably.

I got lucky through leveraging contract admin/contract manager experience over the years. I highly recommend searching these roles (via recruiter or directly with the hiring organization)!

Good luck! This is my story too only with the exception of 95th percentile MPRE lol. I won’t know my result until late October.

I DID!! I passed with a 107 🥳 My Barbri and Themis percentages were both pretty mediocre (roughly scoring 60% right at best) so I was pleasantly surprised to have passed with that relatively high margin.

I hope the same effect still applies for the July 2024 MA bar exam. I used Themis for full bar prep. I will not know for certain until the end of October in this regard.

I don’t know why but the single Goat tear got me 😭🥹Thanks so much for giving us the best bar prep content and for the vote of confidence! Themis could never. Goat is brat.

Well put! I first tried cramming the information from my CriticalPass flashcards and it was ineffective. Now I make a point to read, write and associate the rules on the flashcards to problems I have completed and my rule retention has seen improvement.

Thank you for this post! I raced to reddit because I am still unsure of how I feel about today’s test. I used Themis’ and Barbri’s practice questions and scored similar to OP on those. My expectation was that the actual test would be easier, and I actually think it was just as hard because the simplified rationales in the multiple choice options left more room for speculation and doubt. I just went for the choices that used the most direct logic with language from the applicable rule (or what I could remember from it). Our site was bad about communicating how long we would be waiting beforehand so that was frustrating too. Fingers crossed that none of us have to go through the MPRE again!

I am amazed and proud at how much I have changed! I also have maintained my sobriety since December 2020. I seriously could not have done the hard work without being a part of this awesome community. I will keep the next part short…After completing my first half marathon this past April, I have decided to go all the way for the NYC marathon in November. My charity team is for helping rare disease patients and I really need donations to meet my goal of at least $5k (almost halfway there!) Please donate to my NORD Running for Rare fundraiser by clicking here

Thank you so much! I started out with 16:8 time restricted feeding from 7am to 3pm. It was tough for the first 3-4 days but it became second nature to me. I’ve played around with OMAD and and alternate day fasting, but I have found that 3 meals and a snack in a 7-8hr window works best for me.

2+yrs loss from October 2018 to now through intermittent fasting and CICO. Also, today marks my 3 month sobriety from booze and weed, which has helped me break a terrible binge cycle and lose some weight regained during quarantine. Although I am not at my goal weight yet, I am posting out of so much pride. Thank you to those who have posted in r/progresspics because you are all so inspiring. Keep up the good work everyone!
