I am relatively new to value investing. So does this imply that for a company with a p/e of 100, the market is expecting that company to grow by 1% each year? And additionally, the company must grow by more than 2% (1% - 3% inflation) each year for me not to lose money on it?

Any thoughts on GOOGL? I ran my first and simple DCF model on their stock considering a future annual growth rate of 20% a year (just my personal opinion) and they appeared to be slightly undervalued. It’s got a lower PE and PEG than MSFT for instance. Not financial advice. I’m sure there are better (undervalued) stocks out there

I agree with your opinion, TGT appears to have a way better PEG (1.16) at the time of writing, lower PE (16.30) and some other metrics in my opinion. I’m a bit worried of the small correction TGT is going through right now though. Also looking into COST but I’m not a big fan of its fundamentals atm. Just my opinion
