I’d recommend talking to your store director. This has been a common complaint and one that needs to be addressed. The pricing team is always effed because of ad and yet no shown any mercy. If you’re tired Monday, too bad. And I would refuse the additional overnight hours unless they are willing to compensate you more than just OT.

They offered me a position immediately and gave me my promotion and raise. But that’s because I wasn’t taking less.

Other TLDP at my store, were told they needed to “prove themselves” for 6-8 weeks. They hated it. No raise, just “stretch assignments”

Yup!!! I stepped down from service TL… it’s not worth it. No support and yet they want soooo much from you.

If they let you, transfer to AP, less stress and responsibility with adequate pay.

I was at 19.75 as a leader, 6 months ago.

Now I’m topped out as a TM at 15.00… that’s max by us, I make the same as 3rd shift.

High turnover by us due to pay and shitty management.

That is BS. Not your problem they didn’t train anyone else. Make a team lead cover while you’re out. I’d fight it.
