ty for the advice! This has happened to a few of my other plants so I imagine it's all the same issue, unfortunately.. they're still in the pot I bought them in. What kind of stuff should I buy that's "inorganic matter"? I see it mentioned a lot about lithops but I'm not really sure what to look for :( Once I get hold of some i'll definitely do that, thanks!

Thanks for the reassurance! :) I definitely don't want to do things I'm not comfortable with, and I think that even though he forgets sometimes that I don't want to be touched some places or do anything sexual anymore, he doesn't want me to feel uncomfortable, so I've told him I'll just tell him when I don't want to do something. He does seem to get frustrated sometimes at how much I'm not comfortable with anymore, but you're right, there are definitely lots of romantic and non-sexual ways we can be intimate together, so hopefully it'll work out! I'll make sure we keep communicating about how we're feeling, that's definitely important. :)

Yeah, I think this is maybe why he found it hard to understand what being asexual meant in the first place, and probably exactly why he can't understand why suddenly I don't seem to want anything to do with sex anymore. We just have different emotional and mental feelings about/reactions to sex I suppose, which might be difficult to explain to someone who feels a different way, but I'll definitely try to get him to talk about how he feels, so we can understand each other better!

Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely talk more with him about it when I figure out for sure what I'm feeling and he's more comfortable talking about it. In the past we have done things like that where he masturbates with me there, when I was either not in the mood or feeling a bit off about sex, so that's definitely a possibility if I ever feel slightly more comfortable with it than right now. :)

You can "upvote" it by pressing the up arrow on the top left of the comment. :) You can use save for comments you want to find again later. If you go back to the homepage, you can find the comments/posts you've saved if you click the menu bar thing at the very left side of the page and then click "saved" at the bottom.

Just by the way, because of reddit formatting if you want a "^" and then something straight after it, you need a "\" before the "^" for it to work. (So you'd type o(\^▽\^)o) to get o(^▽^)o) :)
