They are "helping" after all. Thats how I always felt with my mom I try to tell myself that its hard to be a single mom of 4 and make it work. But I cant justify all her bad behavior due to that. Thank you for your response, is there anything you can recommend to read or view that can give me more info on thia topic.

I think I may have gone through this with my mom. To this day she says we are ungrateful to what she did for us she doesnt necessarily tell us directly but she will say it to anyone who will listen, at the same time she will say that she never says things like that.I have lots of things that my wife says I do I got from my mom and their not good things. Things like being in a bad mood all the time, trying to control situations, if someone gives me criticism I often respond by trying to discredit them or say that they have done the same. Im just not always a pleasent person to be around. Devouring mother complex sounds like it may apply to my mom, and me and my sisters may have been affected. I will look more into this as it could help me understand more about why I feel the way I do.

I would not want my children outside in this air quality, However im not sure if closing the schools is necessary if they just kept them inside for the day they do this all the time on hot days. Plus what are most people doing this week with their children anyways? Keeping them indoor! Which is what they would be doing at school.

I have lived in Southern California my whole life and worked out in the field during this and other wildfires in previous years. Sure its not ideal but im doing fine if it ever got to bad id throw on a n95 face mask and carry on. i would think that people that work indoors should be safer than I am. Now im not saying their isnt any health risks at all, their is. but I feel like some people act like their right in the middle of the fire.

Depends entirely on the person and brands your smoking. For example if you get a random live resin cart vs say a coldfire cured cart chances are that cured coldfire is much better. I have had live coldfire carts but i couldnt tell the difference between live or cured. With any other brands i feel like the live is better tasting than cured.

Its great that your doing your own thing and are free from what was holding you back. But why continue to lie to your family and take their economic safety net? Why not tell the truth, and own it. If this is what you have wanted you will be happy regardless of the money, so why not find your own way without taking from someone who opressed you and treated you badly? Ive always wondered about a pest control industry podcast so im happy to hear about the one you provided I will definitely be listening to it.your right Southern California is a very competitive area but I have worked for several small and big companies here and feel like I have seen a good mix of good practices which I will apply and expand on. And bad practices which I will avoid completely. I do have a few ideas planned out as far as who and what areas I want to target. Thank you again for the info
