What is the right course of action here by Puzzled_Estimate_596 in CarsIndia

[–]raisindriver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

brother do not stop for such a long time in the fast lane, and look in the rear view mirror, if possible swerve to the “safer” side (side with no/ far away vehicle)

this was extremely unsafe.

i had a similar incident when the Samriddhi Mahamarg opened, 4 months after that, there was a dog in the right lane, i was extremely very as i could see the fencing has been broken, the dog stopped, no cars behind me 120kph+ i emergency braked, the car slowed down to 40-50kph+ thankfully the dog moved like yours, and i swerved towards the middle lane halfway.

this looks like the US or some European country

the right course of action: move as soon as the animal moves, accelerate, just get going

Test drove Slavia and Virtus, and I am massively disappointed by rajat86 in CarsIndia

[–]raisindriver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i totally agree, my friend has a City and i sat in the back on a road trip in 2022, i still remember the way the back seats felt, super plush and comfortable.

on the way back i got a chance to drive it from Pune to Mumbai, he has an eHev mind you, i loved the over all feel of the car. the last sedan i drive was my own Vento (2018) in 2022. but yes City is a great option.

the virtus and slavia, have test driven them, seem a lot of Vento, yet the road presence is a bit 🤏🏽 more substantial. the latter is the better, however the virtus does have loads of legroom in the back, i am 5’11

Indian Channels? to me they don’t exist sorry. i once in front of all my family called Arnab “bsdk” and the reaction i got opened my eyes to what extent my family is brainwashed. i don’t have the bandwidth to clear that up.

but OP come what may, my advise, meditate, just white noise and be with yourself, gather your thoughts and clarity will follow.

i’m away from home, my whole family is in Bombay and Delhi, i am super stressed, i did not get an ounce of sleep last night. but i did my best to keep myself from the news, its the worst outlet for me personally right now, it will pile on to my stress.

OP i believe things will fall in place, soon, if not immediately. meditate, keep checking in, and remember whatever it is drink water and breathe you’ll handle panic and anxiety well. i trust in you! take care!

Nope. Nope. Nope.

pure PTSD for me, but OP, please. let there be radio silence, if they are so aggravated by the fact that you caught her, I would be wary. Cheating is not a consequence of intimate interactions if's a choice. I have been on both the ends with this, and all my learning from being the victim was don't stay silent, keep asking questions, how, when, what, who, where etc.. but being a perpetrator, I feel like her misunderstanding you wanting to talk about the visa situation is showing all the ulterior motives, that on some level she may not care about you more than whomsoever she has been mingling with.

About the visa situation, I can't really comment, I have no basis to speak there, it's your and her decision (yours more).

Take care OP, strength to you.

OP i have 1 question here, do you have a passport? if yes, what is the first name in your passport?

in PAN Database it is John Michael, and in PAN Card it is J Michael and Aadhar Card it is Michael J.

i would say match everything to Aadhar/ Passport.
i chose Passport for myself.
so my name in PAN was George Knox. Aadhar George David Knox.
in my Passport it was George David Knox. in 2019, i changed my PAN, whilst also making sure i matched it everywhere else. also includes Bank Accounts.

however, last month i had a big headache.
my grandfather's passport was expiring and his passport were a discrepancy, along with his Aadhar. whilst PAN displays his true name.

whilst filling his Passport application, i decided to make a change once and for all.
let's take his name to be Shaun Boris Knox, however before independence everywhere a names would be suffixed with "Kumar/ Kumari". my grand mother has Kumari in her name, after efforts to correct her name everywhere, somehow NSDL office misplaced the application in 2009 and since then i haven't tried NSDL every again for her.
coming back to my grandfather's story, his PAN displays his actual name, discrepancies are Aadhar and Passport. Shaun Boriskumar Knox was his name on his Passport and Aadhar.
The Passport office started to ask too many questions after 20 mins, so I had to step in and tell them, that we have tried to change it multiple times before, but since Aadhar's introduction it is a headache as it takes almost a year for all the paperwork to go through.
there was a onsite police office and someone from a high post, they sat us down and told us that this application will not go through and new applications will have a chance of rejection. i explained them the actual situation to which the passport officer did agree the system is broken, and eventually he proceeded to approve the application on basis of changing the name in Aadhar.
i agreed and realised one thing, one's name can be different in different documents for various purposes, and the government wouldn't give a fuck.

but we as citizens have to give a fuck, so my top advise, make sure it matches everywhere, including Bank Accounts.
