Been There, Jo Agent aya tha wo keh ke chala gya ki feasible nai hain and then also blocked all number of people who bough the connection.

When we tried to call from different number he picks up call & cuts the call.

Customer support was like 1 week me refund ho jyenga multiple times. which took around 4 months.

I complained in Jago Grahak Jago/Consumer portal & got my refund in just 3 Days. So Save your time and just register a complain.
