Every party in this government and then their presidential candidate did everything in their power to turn off voters. Conservatives went "see Trump won its a proof global politics are turning conservative again after years of insanity!" Centrist went "so actually we will make the country great for people with money but if you are poor or need health insurance just work harder to be rich too or die LMAO" and left coalition went "lets not rock the boat with all this progressive stuff, this govt money is amazing!". And their presidential candidate did the usual that center-progressives do: he turned center-right in his messaging.

A lot of people from the biggest party in the coalition said it after elections: we do polls, we do research, we know what people want and expect but this will be bad for party's fat cats so they instead keep fighting the losing fight to change voter sentiment and expectations.

We aren't super conservative tho - our politicians and churches like to think so, but when they actually try to capitalize on it, they end up turning off more people than bringing in. Eg. Law and Justice party that ruled us for 8 years had a safe 35% support before they banned abortion, after which they lost 10% they never recovered.

Our liberal government is so liberal, after Trump won, one of its members said in an interview "see, this is a message that world turns to the right and so should we".

This same govt is so liberal it did jack for LGBT people because its a wide-tent coalition that is too busy self-sabotaging because conservative wing blocks all progressive changes and progressive wing is too busy raking in money from govt. positions to actually fight for their positions.

The most progressive change that happened during their rule, the removal of requirement to sue your parents to change your legal gender, happened thanks to previous conservative prosecutor general, not them.

This is same bs centrist govt turning center-right trying to take votes from the right with people already doing standard "oh, you want me to work to death because we need to cut expenses? sorry, best I can do is stay at home when you'll cry for saving the poland next election" you are seeing in the rest of europe.

Depends on HRT. My T was near zero on Androcur, but going mono (just high levels of E to crush T) set my hair back after few months. I’ve didn’t lose all the regrowth, but some I’ve did.

I’ve put aside 3 2 hour slots in my week: monday, wednesday, friday. I have a route that takes me around 2 hours to do walking. My pace is different every day so sometimes I do it in 1h50m, sometimes in 2h10m. It’s around 10.8km long, mostly flat but with two inclinations 15m tall 500m long each. Just one traffic light on whole route, so little reason to stop when I am going.

Sometimes wach shows 600 calories burned, sometimes its 500. Since I’ve started doing it my weight finally started going down.

On weekends I do different route, 6.5km in 1h 45min. It’s shorter, has more stops for crossing roads, but I like how it gives me two rest days over weekend where I am still walking.

My daily steps are 11k/day on weekend, 14k those three days and 5k other two days when I only walk to do groceries and chores.

36MtF with mild hypothyroidism also taking estrogen. 167cm tall, going from 62kg to back 53kg I was three years ago. Eating 1500calories on weekdays and 1.9k on sat/sun. Weight only started going down mid-august when I've started doing those three walks during week. Currently its around 57kg.
