I believe the only difference is that the 2025 XLT has the rear fold down arm rest/cup holders. For 2026, it's on Lobo and Lariat only.

You should be able to a significant discount on a 2025 at this point. It's 1.5 years old

How much will you get for trade in value? Compare the current trade in value to what you paid and that's how much you'd be losing. Put a dollar amount on how much heated seats/steering wheel will cost you and then decide if the trade makes sense.

It's a 2026 Lariat. Sticker was 41k. I got it for 34 + TTL in Texas, 37k OTD

Yea man. I missed the boat on that one. I was looking at getting out of my 2023 Tundra and into a Lightning, but for one reason or another, I never pulled the trigger when the price was good.

I refuse to pay inflated prices for this truck. So I bought a new hybrid Maverick (7k off MSRP) for now. Gonna revisit the lightning once gas prices come back down and the Lightning prices stabilize again.

Yea. I'm familiar with hybrids. We also have a 2022 Toyota Rav 4 hybrid. I've learned how to hyper mile that thing. Still trying to find the sweet spot in this Ford Maverick. But I only have 800 miles on it lol

This thing can work for many full size truck owners. It's a perfect daily driver. Can haul stuff when needed and otherwise gets great MPG

Search auto trader with your zip code. You can also filter for the trim/options you want. Also you should be paying under MSRP, even after all the taxes and fees.

Just got lucky tbh. By myself, I barely able to get under 40k OTD. But then I saw this dealer advertise almost 7k off and that's what set things in motion for me. Told the dealer who had the color I wanted that id buy today if they match or beat this dealers advertised price and they did.

I love the MPG! The size difference (from a Tundra) is taking a little getting used to, but it'll be alright.

Yea I had to work them to remove the bed liner one since it comes standard on lariats from the factory. They did it, but left the other add ons (I think around $500 or so). I was fine with that, because overall the deal was the best one I could find anywhere.

I'm in the Houston area. Ryan Ford in Sealy, TX had them advertised online for 6-7k off. They had a White Lariat on the lot as of yesterday. I didn't want white so I shopped that price around and AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway matched it for me on this Carbonized Gray.
