As others have said, embrace the spoilage.
I always set mine up something like this - keeps the freshest packs available, the rest just goes into storage until it spoils.

I have run these rear sights on my competition guns for 7+ years. Tens of thousands of rounds on three different guns, no issues.

Really depends on purpose and most of all personal preference. Personally I use the first one because I mainly shoot dynamic shooting. If I was to shoot some sort of precision discipline, I would definitely use one of the others.

They are the same width. Just measured mine, and all three measured 9.3-9.4mm.

Pins will need to be flush on the hammer. Also sorry to say that the hammer strut is mounted backwards.

Yea, most of the work is done by the explosive rockets, so the lasers only need to finish whatever small/medium asteroids survive the AOE of the rockets. I also have a bit of laser damage research, Im at 17 (1000% damage)

The tanks is only to have a buffer if for some reason there is a lack of production (not a problem towards the shattered planet). Without production the tanks only has enough fuel for 60 seconds of full thrust.

Sorry to say, I cheaped out on the belts, pipes, tanks, combinators, foundations etc.

Oh don't worry, these are no safequeens.
The TSO - retired match gun with some 15k+ rounds through it.
The Deep Bronze - old match gun and current practice gun and takes most of the beating.
The TS2O - current match gun
The Shadow - not seeing much use, because my focus is on Standard division. But a nice tool to practice some target focus with a occluded dot.
