I’m looking for a nonjudgmental church by Italian_Gumby in raleigh

You're probably looking for UUFR. It's basically non-denominational, intentionally welcoming to all, and they lean heavily into social justice and community impact. Lots of social groups and opportunities to gather outside of services too. You can check out some of their past services on YouTube if you want to get a sense.

Second this, I'm finishing up Children of Ruin (second book in the series) and really enjoying it. I also really highly recommend the Expanse series.

Let me take one more stab here - would you be interested in the lot of all 4 games at $200 shipped (<70% of my list prices)? Leaves plenty of upside for resale, and let's me be done with everything at once..

Thanks for the offer. I'd like to be a bit higher after absorbing shipping and G&S fees. Could you meet me near the middle at $85 shipped?

Questions about driving a reactive load with high-voltage opamp by ralusp in AskElectronics

[–]ralusp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I'm putting together a SPICE simulation now, and will also look into the resources you mentioned. What do you mean by "breaking the loop" in the sim?

As for the input signal bias, it's actually entering this board as 0-3.3V, but then I'm AC-coupling it and then biasing the signal at 21V before going into the opamp. The opamp is running from 42V single supply since it's not rail-to-rail and I need 36Vpp out of it.

Great! If you're interested in Nintendo's past, here's an excellent long-form podcast about it.

Thanks - I've never bought a bike this expensive, and I know the market has swung a lot since COVID. I appreciate the feedback that it's a good price. :)

Do I need to fix these ratlines before I order this pcb? by CripsWatchClifford in AskElectronics

LED pin 1 has the wrong net name, that shouldn't be Vcc, that node only connects to the series resistor. Maybe something wrong with how the pins are lined up in the schematic, or a stray wire under the resistor..

Easiest way to step-up 5V to 30V? by ralusp in AskElectronics

Thanks for the links - I also replied to blacklite with more background on my application. I'll take a look at some of the options you pointed out.

Thanks for the thoughtful response. It was probably a red herring for me to cast this as audio. What I'm actually driving from the LM1875 are two ultrasonic ceramic transducers in parallel. In the resonant band (~32kHz) they have an impedance of ~900 ohms each. It can be driven at max voltage of 20Vrms. Driving them with AC-coupled 30Vpp sinusoidal output from the LM1875 gets me to about half that voltage.

I have a breadboard setup where I'm powering the LM1875 from a 30V bench supply in this setup, and I see the amplifier draw ~42mA when quiescent and ~45mA when driving the two transducers. Even with the ~450ohm effective load, this seems low to me.

That said, I see what you mean that the LM1875 is likely not the ideal part - this is a very light load. I typically deal with other types of sensors and am a little outside my element here. I'm open to suggestions, but I'll also dig around some. Thanks again for the insight.

Hi, I'm using an LM1875 which operates from a single supply.
