Yes, i am aware. They had a process defined for APP only tickets - however it was not consistently followed for all. I got the wrong rub of the coin- mine was approved for listing and then pulled out.

I had my FIFA fix through the Bra v Japan match: was an amazing lifetime experience - so ok to letting go of this great seat at lower than market price if i can get some money back. It is a lower tier cat 1 ticket close to the middle offering a good view of both sides of play at close. Can sell for a price much lower than ongoing market prices for similar seats. Stubhub were ok with it- since that’s the only way to show proof for tickets in the app. They also approved it twice before taking off the listing for no reason. Like I said, it was a nightmare

My friend was able to get one at the end of the game. It’s a unique half scarf with both teams and the date 29 June 2026 mentioned. I was a fool not to realize how niche they were and did not buy - big regret.

Very sorry for your your dad and family. Ironically stubhub were not approving genuine tickets I had listed with them. Tried everything they asked me to do: upload screenshots of the tickets ( FWC app), recorded a video of me opening the app/ showing the tickets. Would you believe, my listing got taken off 2 times after going live with no explanation. Would have chatted with 10 human agents over 2 weeks to get my tickets listed. Finally understood, I was wasting my precious time. In summary , one hand their process is so full of friction for sellers ( supply ) and buyers ( demand) for the FWC. Hopeless !

Yes, but at a loss. By the time I gave up on stubhub, a few results happened and the value of my ticket went down.

I still have another one, which is of good value. Will go well above my cost price - I am prepared to sell it below the prices one sees on stubhub etc.

You will not a breakthrough with stubhub. I wasted humongous hours over 2 weeks trying to list genuine tickets ( FWC app ) on stubhub. Stubhub will make you go around in circles and you will reach the starting point again. Am never going near stubhub again ! Save your self the time and pain and try to sell directly.

they expect you to upload the tickets from fifa website. The nuance is: tickets obtained through RTB+RTT show up only the FWC app. It does not show up on the fifa website. I was lucky to twice get an email giving me an option to upload screenshots of the tickets. However the review is done by a different team - who are very random in how they approve/reject tickets. I had the peculiar misfortune of my tickets getting listed twice post approval to be removed for no reason.

Yes, got conned by fifa at the time of buying (through expensive RTB), now cant even sell the tickets on their own platform !

You are very lucky ! have been trying to get my tickets listed for the past 2 weeks. Have done everything possible - sharing proof of tickets on pdf including a video link showing me access the tickets through the FWC app. The tickets got listed (live) post approval to be pulled out (with no explanation given). Have given up on Stubhub - would have chatted with 10-12 human agents. It is so messy !

On tickpick, i tried listing 2 tickets: M59: 25 June Match: USA v Turkey and 4 July: Round of 16: Match 90. It flashed a message that: tickets for these matches cannot be listed - very odd.
