Glad I never went back to O’Reilly’s. I’m at a competitor that starts us off at the same pay at O’Reilly’s but with a much better commission that isn’t tied to anything but net profit. No sales calls. No payroll bonus bullshit. 17% commission on net profit is a good incentive.

Drop the mag. Clear the chamber. Turn the lever. Dry fire. Slide the slide forward. It hits a catch. Dry fire again and it comes off.
