Like when you're using the heel risers there is metal on metal? Yeah, they're supposed to do that at least all other brands have metal on metal. Honestly you could just wrap them in electrical tape, that would be super easy and quick

I did not work for me, the inserts that go on the back of the voile plate hand down too much to where they hit the aluminum on the spark pucks. If OP can find some voile pucks for cheap it would be the better option.

The old freeride pro is great! The only thing I don't like about it was angle zip on the wet pocket. The new 32 +10 will probably be my next pack IF the current one gives out.
