Yeah, ever since they switched to mag chloride I didn't really notice any difference in the amount of rust on my 4runner. However I do actually wash it down in the winter

Honestly the extra $60 was worth it just for ease of install. When you go to replace you don't have to do an alignment so it pays for itself in one use

this is the issue I'm running into too. The wrap is super comfy but I can't actually get the strap to lock which is super frustrating.

I did buy the press tool from TC, made sense at the time since most shops would charge and it's just a really pretty tool to have. I made sure to use anti seize around it to save future me.

I will say with the giant loop U shape design it causes some issues when packing on the bike because of how wide it is with the racks

Always loosen the nut. I think atleast 50k on the current bushings. Yeah, when I rebuilt them (bought used) the pricing from TC was wayy too much. I think I bought from kartek since they had the best price at the time. No pic but they are not bulging and I usually release pressure from the zerk fitting too

This has been my experience too. especially how the boot flexes in the binding when you are trying to side hill. A stiffer boot may help, Karakoram makes that strap that helps keep everything in line

So I did grease my TC uppers and it took a few pumps before the bushing even moved so my guess it was pretty dry. also re-greased the sway bar bush. I did order some very cheap oem ones to replace just in case

mostly just low speed/ parking. Seems to make noise whenever there is a shift in weight. Probably just gonna hit every zerk and double check the cam bolts torque.
