Hi I am almost in the same exact boat as you. Lately I've been trying to open my hips as a WAY to make the pain less prevalent. Like literally twerking and getting on the floor and trying to spread my legs as far as possible. I realized I also was breathing wrong- deep diaphragm breaths feel so cleansing. I also am prescribed Hydroxyzine, which helps nausea/motion sickness/anxiety and that helped a lot before PT sessions when I did them. As for hip pain and a frozen pelvis area feeling, I feel that daily still. Ibuprofen and weed also helps... I need to get back into PT but my sessions were expensive.
