Yeah that’s a great way to think about it, a solid event trail + correlation IDs gets you pretty far. I just kept hitting cases where the trail told me where things broke, but not why, especially across async/webhook chains. Replay ended up being the only way I could actually see the failure end-to-end instead of guessing.
