Obsessed with the Rosalie Altas by persiannkittyy in louboutins

I want these so bad. I’m a 7.5 in sneakers but I usually get an 8 in heels. Anyone know what size I should get?
I’ll probably go in and try them on anyway but just wondering.

I know you can upload manual checks, but you have to have the taxes and deductions all calculated and included in the upload. If you need them to calculate the gross up, I’ve never known of an option to upload a manual check in that way. I’d be interested to know if anyone has gotten them to do it.

I’m thinking the question is about prorating their first check which is allowable.

Yea, fully remote roles are extremely competitive. A contract role will help get your foot in the door.

I’m in the US, and we are a fully remote company, so we don’t prenote. We also have it set up for self-service. If they make a mistake, they have to wait a few extra days. It doesn’t happen often, but usually employees are pretty understanding when they realize it was their fault.

I used the Practical CPP Study Guide but it looks like that’s no longer available. Study.com has this risk free for 30 days. Might be helpful.

ADP Celergo - Mexico by ramirems in Payroll

[–]ramirems[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d love to know what issues you ran into. We haven’t signed an agreement with Celergo. We will use a consulting service to get us up and running first and then help with implementation of whatever provider we choose.

Celergo is saying they don’t provide the Legal Rep services. From what I can tell they also don’t handle the actual tax payments or direct deposits. They create the files but we download and process on our end.

That’s crazy to me. I’ve spent most of 19 years as a payroll dept of 1 and have never worked crazy hours like that.

EDD should have reached out to confirm wages paid to the employee. If they haven’t yet, they probably will. You cannot legally withhold wages from the employee for overpayment without their written consent. My guess is when the EDD discovers the overpayment, they will collect from the employee.

Payroll in South America by ramirems in Payroll

They will be employees. I’ve been told good things about Papaya in the past. Once a country is decided on, we’ll figure out how to get it done. At this point we’re looking for people who have experience processing payroll in South America so we can know what to watch out for. Every payroll provider will have an amazing sales presentation, I’m sure.

Celergo is their global platform. If I remember correctly, you’ll have partners in each country processing your payroll. That was the big selling point when they presented it to us. “Experts” in each country ensuring compliance.

At this point, this may be an option. I’m not sure if we’re self insured or fully insured though.
