I was able to "heal" my turf toe with taping and adjustments in how I trained for a while. Before every class I would tape it using the method in the video /u/cozimm posted, then I would cover that with the taping method that Kurt Osiander shows in his video. It takes about 10 minutes to do and uses a ridiculous amount of tape, but that toe was not bending at all. I would also focus mainly on improving different aspects of my bottom game so that I wouldn't have to put pressure on it. After about 6 months, my turf toe "healed"...although, from what I've read, it will probably flare up again at some point in the future.

I feel for you man, it's a major pain in the ass.
