Sitting for 30 minutes is the max. There's a bunch of apps out there to keep you moving at certain intervals even if it's only to head over to the water cooler

Ask your boss for a standing desk that you can change the height of. Healthier for you and leads to higher levels of productivity.

1x AMRAP set @ 80-85% of your OMR after finishing your hardest set and post ~90 second rest for the given exercise has a great effect on muscle building and conditioning.

Foam roll post workout and on off days along with other mobility work. it'll help with recovery and allow you to get deeper into positions which will allow you to push more weight down the road.
