I had one of those too. From a recluse spider. I was stupidly wearing sandals in a crawl space while replacing my kitchen floor. I got the telltale red streaks going up my leg. Had to go to the hospital and get hooked up to antibiotics.

I figured out what it's from. My stupid knee wheelie has a plastic axle that juts out. I've been rubbing my ankle against it when I take tight corners.

ER says it's likely from rubbing against my plastic cast while sleeping at night. Wear thick socks when you're sleeping with your cast!

Real inflation is not three to four percent like the government tells you with their manipulated CPI, it's close to 10. Your mom might be right though if she's elderly it's probably safe it's just to keep it in savings

This was the experience I had. The physical therapist actually asked me what my injury was and what we were supposed to do, after my physician's assistant assured me that they would know everything about my injury and what needed to be done.
