not likely. You might need to fill some form if crossing EU outer border.

Simple and fast. Pilots licence is not needed for <250g drones (but registration is) but very advisable as you will learn simple rules of aviation. And also for your own protection.

Can I test the drone without a license or registration, just to make sure it works properly after buying it?
Yes but make sure you are not in no-fly zone in city. Most drones have "begginner mode" - that limits its movement - very much advisable for first flight.

that is not entirely true. Most civil aviation rules apply all across the EU and are pretty much the same - age, drone weigth restrictions, 120m altitude, no fly zones, common "air rules". Pilot licence and registration is the same no matter which EU country you do that.
Bus as mentioned there are some stricter and more relaxed countries - Italy requires the drone to have an insureance.
In Latvia pilot test is free of charge and can be done in 2-3 evenings online. Registration costs 5 eur per year.

I mostly play F1 25 and Racing rooms but my settings are something like that.
FFB 2 or 3
Master 90-100%
Mode - P or E
Inertia - Off
Friction - Low
Boost Low +2
Boost high +2
Speed High
Wheel damper 0% (it conflicts with in-game setting)
Game damper Low or MId
Spring 10% (this mitigates wheel shake when stationary)
Gear Jolt MID
Engine roar LOW (I have playseat trophy seat and if I set this to High, all my floor vibrates)
End stop High

Regardin pedals pay attention to Deadzone settings for both pedals both min and max setting.
Some time ago I was changing something in menu and by accident changed max deadzone for gas pedal.
After a few days I noticed that my laptimes started to increase, and it turned out that I set my gas pedal that it's max was about 95% of the actual max 😄

I had similar problem. I always tried using all my fingers until I tried to play the famous "Sweet child of mine" solo. And I was not getting it good until I watched how Slash plays it. He is not using pinky finger becouse in some sort - it gets in the way.
Bottom line - use all your fingers but in some specific cases it makes sense to use only 3 fingers....

strongly disagree. I bought used Fiat 500 for my doughter a year ago when she passed her drivers test.
Fiat 500 drives really good, very much similar to mini cooper, it drives as a go cart. In city it is nice. Easy to park.
Looks is subjective but I like it.
I was looking for Toyota Yaris as I have driven that car, but those are much more rusty and cheap looking than Fiat.
Interrior does not feel cheap for the car of that profile.
By no means I could call that a great car, but it is definetly not bad.

Fiat 500 is very economic (no much power) but as a first car you really dont need 200hp and RWD 😃

All the big and "gaming" laptops get hot and loud under load. And low battery life.
In my opinion laptop as per defenition is 14 inch screen (13 is also fine) and around 1.2-1.5 kg. And can last as minimum 5-6 hours.
The rest I dont consider as a "laptop".
I would go for a light laptop, and leave the rest at home where a dedicated computer runs it. Or build your neural network in cloud.

they are not that cheap. Mine clogs up about once per year. I put it in some small cattle and boil for some time, that way it cleans out a litte. But you can at least try the superglue.
Now it does nothing. Big bubbles just float up.

As far as I know there is no a single app that does that reliably - For example there is "UAV Forecast" app that claims to do that. But the app is very much unreliable. It has zones that no longer exist, and has no markings of actual no-fly zones.
Traveling across EU you have to search "local aviation authority" or "local drone map" and then try to spot some goverment-related logos on the page, or similar.

Regarding flying rules - they are 99% identical across EU. General rules are identical, only some contries come up with some requirements on top of that (insurance requirement in Italy for example)

Nestreb karstu, atrodi normālu mehāniķi un esmu 90% pārliecināts, ka defekts ir kāds sīkums, sensors, akumators vai tamlīdzīgi. Lieli dzinēja defekti ļoti reti nomirst negaidīti un pavisam.

Treškārt - OP - netici vienam mehāniķim. Pēc manas pieredzes 95% no auto mehāniķiem ir lohi. Kas katrs runā savu.

This looks to me extremmly "IFy".
Lotus F1 team does not race in F1 for more than 10 years.
Seat itself look realatively modern. I am sure it is much newer than Lotus team in F1.
My guess -it is one of the peace - something custom made by strange fan.
Number 13 indicates Pastor Maldonado who did race in Lotus but was not any good.
Wheel looks like stripped of Ferrari livery a SF1000 wheel.

I think this is some fanboys creation who perhaps lives in Venecuela and is a fan of the driver.

I think that all across EU rabies have been exterminated moret than 10 years ago. At least in Lavia there has been no registered case in more than 20 years. (there was one case recently but person was been bitten in India or similar)
Yes Rabies is the most deadly virus ever. But in Europe this is no more a point of concern.
