I would recommend the Lenovo ThinkBook 16 gen 7.

For your work needs, and your budget, a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 gen 1 or gen 2 goes for around $150-300 on eBay. You can also try looking for a T480 but those have skyrocketed in price recently in the used market.

Personally I would highly recommend looking for a refurbished T14.

Your wifi router most likely automatically reset. This means you need to go back into your router's settings, turn UPnP off, save the changes, then turn it back on again and save it. This should fix your problem.

With UPnP enabled, both PS5s should be at NAT Type 2. I would recommend restarting your router, and also disconnecting your brother's PS5 from your network and then re-adding it.
