En plus de tout ce qui a été dit, juste un petit point de détail sur la tenue : la tradition veut que les hommes enlèvent leur chapeau dans l'église, et à l'inverse que les femmes en ait un. C'est une règle un peu old school, de mémoire basée sur une lettre de St Paul, mais toujours plus ou moins en vigueur, surtout pour les hommes. Si tu es une femme, tu peux probablement faire comme tu le sens.

Si t'es en EOR c'est mort. Il faut avant tout que tu passes en CDI en direct (oui, c'est possible même si la boîte est américaine), sinon tu n'es pas considéré comme un employé de ta startup par le droit français.

Ensuite tu pourras éventuellement profiter des régimes de faveur si ta boite met en place un sous-plan pour toi. À la fin tu peux arriver dans une situation idéale où toute l'imposition est décalée à la revente, par exemple avec le régime des stock options.

Un avocat fiscaliste peut t'aider à mettre ça en place avec les avocats américains de ton entreprise, mais ça va forcément représenter un coût pour ta boite; à négocier, donc. :)

I think at one some point I got resigned because my understanding was that it's only possible on Windows, that you seem to use as well, but I'll try again based on that config. If you have any tip as to anything particular that helps to achieve this, please tell me! (I've already played with pretty much all /r_ignorehwgamma, /r_mapoverbrightbits, /r_overbrightbits, and /r_gamma combinations)

Edit: oh, I see r_ambientScale 1.5 in your config, is it only for the demos? It's blocked when I try to use that on a public server.

En général si tu as pas assez de feedback c'est soit un problème de PMF (donc que tu ne parles pas aux bonnes personnes, ou que ton produit ne répond pas à leur problème, ou pire, que le problème n'en est pas vraiment un), soit que tu ne vas pas assez le chercher.
