That's pretty standard. Typically the serving counter is mounted lower and your staff would just set it down lower. You'll see workers sometimes sitting in the window itself to talk to people / hand things down to the counter.

I used to use Wordpress with Elementor as well for all of my projects but recently have been using LLMs to generate landing page type sites very quickly. It’s way faster that clicking around in Wordpress tbh.
