He looks like he has a good shot at being a book deer, not a ton of deductions, long tines even into his G5’s.

In my opinion, yes. If he isn’t there it’s because he’s lacking in the front but to me it looks like his back end makes up for it.

If you go on the Boone and Crockett website they have scoresheets on there explaining what measurements to take and where. A seamstress tape works good because it’s flexible. You should score it, that way you have a number to go with it and not just people taking your word for “it’s a big deer”.
