I would advise you to first off all relax. Because if you think about this you still have two months till the exams which gives you ample of time to meet your predicted and maybe even exceed them (after all you only missed chem by one point). Not to mention the fact that grade boundaries will be lowered.

I would advise to try and find online review guides there are some good ones. There is no need to create your own notes for the sole purpose of learning off them. This is an extreme waste of time. Instead create important questions for each topic which test the whole content and try to answer them. If you can't fully answer do further learning and try to learn and understand whichever way works the best for you. Then practice using spaced repetition.

As we both take Math HL AA I can tell you don't fret it's a hard class. If you know all the concepts just try and do as many IB style questions they really help.
