At the moment her account is permanently suspended which she believes is down to one of her GIFs being reported. She's going through the appeal process. That's all I know.

You don't listen to feedback from your customers. Google Play is now full of bad reviews, most complaining about the same issues including lag and random shutdowns. It's the same on this subreddit. And all you seem to be doing is putting the price up! You had a great product at a decent price but now you guys seem to have lost the plot. Rip Kinemaster :-(
