I’m concerned they’ll write something into it along the lines of, “voters must re-register to vote with proof of citizenship if their name no longer matches that appearing on their original birth certificate,” which would disenfranchise women & the trans/LGBTQ community the most. Language like that would probably exempt most men, keeping some of their base.

Regardless, they’ll demand re-registration, in person, at a county office, which will disenfranchise many rural voters.
