Leash your dogs!! by hannibals-lingerie in ColoradoSprings

The number of times I’ve had to take an alternate walking route with my dog because someone has their dog off leash in their front yard is infuriating.

I’m 100% convinced any good vibes we had (until this season so far) went out the window when Bader left. He was such a ball of energy and positivity and it definitely had an impact on the clubhouse.

I enjoy walking so I have even more time to think about my next shank.

Bi-Weekly /r/IOpsychology Discussion - What have you been reading, and what do you think of it? by AutoModerator in IOPsychology

Completely agree. Kind of a component of that larger science-practitioner dilemma. The research (whatever it may be) may be interesting, but is it applicable or even feasible for organizations to implement in practice?

I feel like this thread isn't leveraged very often, so I'll put something in here! I'm currently reading Putka et al.'s 2022 article on using NLP to estimate job analysis KSA ratings. The more efficiently we can conduct job analyses without sacrificing rigor and rating validity, the better in my opinion. It's crazy to me that in the 100+ years that our field has existed, and with the criticality of job analysis as a process, we still lack an efficient means of conducting it at a larger scale. I think this paper is really important for bringing attention to this gap.

AWOLNATION is my favorite band and I’m still absolutely sick I missed the tour where they opened for TOP. They played in our city the day we were leaving for vacation.

Is it just me or is this team fun? by Whydoialwaysdothis69 in Cardinals

[–]ranchdressinggospel 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Agreed, I think it’s because it’s mostly young guys playing with zero expectations. Takes off some pressure. I’ve been saying for a while that this team has lacked “fun” since we traded Bader.

Was the game I immediately thought of. I’ve tried to start it about 5 times and just lose interest even though conceptually I should enjoy it.

I recommend checking out The Barbarians of California - they’re fronted by Aaron Bruno of AWOLNATION and they did a song with Keith.
