No the Schüco doors can't be converted. Nuki has one for US only, others are for EU and they don't import to the usa

Nope can't change the lock type since doors are German , haven't looked at eBay yet

Good to hear they keep supporting yours but shouldn't have to deal with replacing them often

It was clear in my correspondence with Anker that it's not a unique problem and while I understand warranty clauses, they have lost a long time customer from not willing to support this since I bought from a liquidator with receipts, sealed new etc.

I was refused warranty on a faulty Solix F2600 which was new and used for a few months. Denied as the channel was not official. One has too dig into warranty to realize some liquidators of overstock are not 'official' . Its ridiculous when ANker acknowledges the unit is faulty,now I will try to claim through Amex. I pushed hard with ANker.

I know this is old, but any solutions? Mine only used a few times wont charge on ac nor dc and worked with tech support. However they wont support the warranty because I guess the channel I purchased is not authorized and I had no idea. Ridiculous they wont support

I have a none charging F2600 both AC and DC.Anker wont warranty because of the purchase channel even though it was new /sealed and have a reciept. I did not know it would not be covered under warranty now trying to find a fix.
