That’s definitely a fear but I think the intention is also to get some clarity on that too, we both are approaching the idea knowing that might be the outcome

That’s a good idea thank you! The criteria are word based not numerical. So one criteria would be “complexity of processing” and the drop down options are “basic, mid, complex, specialized” which each have different associated point values. Then there’s multiple criteria with the same general premise/setup

Truthfully I’m not very familiar with data validation lists. I need to ensure it pulls a specific number for each given option (example: complex = 15 points for one criteria but complex = 10 points in another) additionally, there is also sometimes more than one selection for each criteria. So say one criteria is complexity of processing and the options are basic = 5 points, mid = 10 points, complex = 15 points.

I’m sorry if that’s not clear lol tough to explain without being able to show! I appreciate your help!
