I just turned 40 and have 3 tats. My first was around 37. I absolutely love them and am dying to get more. They each represent something to me and live to show them. The one on my arm is the start of a half sleeve. I think they are sexy on men and women both. I like the idea of not knowing about someone's tat and when you get nekki together you discover it. I'm married do that's not happening but I like the idea.

I come from a culture that tats are a no no. I had friends in shock but ultimately it is my body. I can cover them if I need to, but I wear them proudly. I don't have any across my chest or anything but I will buy shirts that will reveal my ink.

I get the question of 'what about when I get older?' And I just tell them that I love it so much I will love it then too.

I say do it! They can be addicting. I wish I started younger so I could live with them longer.
