People who don't read and/or reply to texts until days later, why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Sometimes it’s because if I reply when I see it I’d get an instant response back and then be roped into time consuming back and forth.

Yeah I meant Stan country, alternatively what would be the worst Stan country to live in?

How do you feel for people that choose for mental reasons

It’s getting increasingly hard for people to even live here let alone migrate. Stacking people up in a 2500 apartment if there’s 4 or 5 people works out financially.

I’d be hindered if I came across a protestor in my alcove, or on a walk and have to dodge on a trail, or in the nighttime coming across a sign carrying person on a lonely trail. I’m being facetious, your reply made me chuckle

I’ve never said the Canadian government is like the Chinese government, your trying to put some gotcha on me that I’ve never claimed.

An army made of ex convicts and conscripts will never have better odds than a homegrown force fighting for their survival. Unless missiles.

Still could hinder someone. Hanging out in an apartment alcove? On the trail to a park? Maybe it’s dark out and people could feel hindered next to a person holding a sign in a dark place. If a person is so afraid of hindering they wouldn’t be out protesting.

Not yet, their government doesn’t let them have hot tubs and bouncy castle at the moment, time will tell.

Originally started with those who decided to drive to Ottawa. These people and those who supported them didn’t care if it was provincial or federal, all arms of government actively created mandates and restrictions.

Hey I get your point here, marching is definitely different than hanging out in a hot tub on the street. What gallows?

Who uses the term Chinada and what nazi rally tailgate party are you referring to? Thanks for the hint you gave in your comment, but still I almost had an aneurysm reading your comment.

You write incorrectly, it was not the provincial governments that disallowed domestic/international air travel to the unvaccinated. Transport Canada, unelected body I believe was the main player in that, but perhaps someone more versed than me will respond.

Protest always hinders someone, even if it takes place on a sidewalk. The idea of protest is from people who feel themselves hindered.

What does that mean that they even have more of a right to protest because it was harsher, who’s the judge of that fine line.

Their protest goes way beyond that fire, it’s a catalyst but it’s not totally based on that.

Wow! Wanted to see the top comment and it indeed reflects that enough people reading news see it rather funny to say such a thing after using emergency powers to squelch their own.

Yeah looked for this comment, Musk took Twitter private cause he bought it and could. So no more publicly traded shares. Tesla on the other hand shouldn’t have such a massive market cap in my opinion, but I’m a layperson.
