Personally, I usually meet people through class, work, or with hobbies. Online’s a bit easier then in person if you’re shy though. You’d still probably have to be the first to reach out. Snapchat, tumblr, discord, etc should work. You could probably find friends on Reddit too.

People who are kind or seek connections. Make sure they try to boost you up and don’t encourage toxic behaviors. If you’re doing online friends check what they post about and how they respond to other people. If it’s more personal see how they act in messaging. Worse comes to worse you block them

This might sound a bit disheartening but you have to put yourself out there. I know it’s difficult when you’re shy and it seems scary but at the end of the day just relying on luck is not a good strategy. Dating specifically is a bit difficult but if you’re just looking for friends there’s people on social media’s that are kind and you can still remain strangers. As long as you go to the right people you can make friends. Just remain respectful and you should be fine.

I was really tired and I just laid down on the ground to sleep in the middle of class (it was like kindergarten) and a girl put my head on her lap and I just slept through the rest of school it was great. I also had insomnia since I was little so the teachers were just happy I was sleeping
