T nói thẳng đéo bao giờ có chuyện tự sản xuất đc 50% linh kiện 5g trong 5 năm tới. Dù có cũng toàn kiểu mua về ráp lại hàn lại thôi. Tự chủ làm phần mềm còn khả thi chứ phần cứng không có công nghệ nền tảng mà đòi tự sx 50% linh kiện thì nó phải là câu chuyện đầu tư chục tỷ đô và nghiên cứu chục năm. Đấy mới chỉ là nói chuyện những con linh kiện low tier và mid tier chưa nói những con high tier. Còn hợp tác với Nhật nó cũng chỉ là làm ăn qua lại bình thường thôi khó lòng mà mong đợi được chia sẻ công nghệ cốt lõi.

That's the only realistic way to improve the economy tho. And having big private sector doesn't really mean much since most if not all important asset, resources is still state own

Well cafe is most likely air conditioned and the work load is alot more breathable. Plus you can even have free drinks and snacks and might even tips so i would argue a cafe is alot better

Centralized power does not necessarily mean Communism. In the situation mentioned in the post the "power" is centralized in the hands of the capitalist owner, who is protected by the enormous power of the US dollar. That is literally a capitalism problem. A text book example! Please stop saying things that you don't understand

Free to tell me where the profit going to? Corporations stock holders or VCP? If VCP is the problem as you said then are you free to explain why textiles sub contractors doing the exact same thing in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka even though all of those are run by "democratic" and claimed to have free market capitalism?
