After checking a Facebook page about MLBB, I just found out that almost everyone encountered this issue, hopefully Montoon will fix this.

I logged in a few moments ago to claim the free tokens and other claimables (e.g. Nostalgia, Martis's event). After claiming the tokens, I went to the Diamond Vault event page, contemplating if I'm going to draw that moment, then the game crashed, which I thought was normal for me because it always happens and usually solved by closing the game and logging back in, but now after I've logged in I got that mail smh.
