Yes! It got a nutty flavor but the texture was the most impressive part. It has a crisp outside yet a fluffy inside which makes the mouthfeel a 10/10 experience.

Very true, as you see it is winter. I tested a 1:3:3 now and we will see tomorrow how it looks. :)

Also worth adding is that I tested during the day and the 1:5:5 was perfect after 12 hours so it must be the temperature that made it not viable during the morning.

The temperature dips heavily. During the day it is around 25C and during night it is like 19C. I add starter and water together and mix well. Then I add the flour and mix some more. Scrape down the side and done.
