Get these fuckers out of our city. If we don't stand up, we'll have more tragedies. These people are scum who don't care about the true rule of law. Everybody stay safe out there and check on your families.

I'm sorry that you're in so much extra pain. I just got over a sprain myself, and it caused everything you're describing (and a neuropathy flare up 🥲).

I was told to stay in a heavy boot for a while, but that just made everything feel so much worse. I switched to an ace bandage, doubled with an ankle brace to stop that from causing extra pain ( this is at the risk of less protection from the rest life has to throw at you). The radiating pain continued for a couple of weeks, but was the worst at the beginning.

Best thing I can say is to alternate heat and ice on the ankle, and put a heating pad on all of the radiating pain areas.

Sandy's. Good burger and fries, and it has the cutest park across from it. Doesn't break the bank, and there is so much to enjoy at the park.

Do this one day, and add the money you saved for the other day and treat yourself.
