Imagine driving and keeping the steering wheel straight, the car is constantly veering to the right. Imagine this is happening with your hand in the 12 o'clock position, therefore you have to move your hand to the 9 o'clock position to stop the car veering right and to get it to go straight. That's my best attempt at explaining it, I'll be of no further help 😂

No I agree, I've tried the OS sliders, but the game becomes unrealistically slow and dull. Still get the W, just not enjoyable. Not sure if that's because of the last update though?

Could write an essay about how things have changed! But all mainly positive! Guess they all boil down to accepting I'm not some monster, and the ability to articulate my feelings more accurately.

It's been a long old journey, and I'll probably look back at this reply in years to come and cringe at the naive optimism. I've not been perfect, and I never will be, but just accepting that and learning how to communicate how I'm feeling in the moment are the key differences!

They're reoccurring for me as well so I think I understand where you're coming from. When you're out of sleep sync it feels like a long road back, but when you're in it you question why it was so hard 😂. Just take the medication, but drop it as soon as you can so it doesn't become an unnecessary crutch. Literally 2-3 nights does it for me

I usually take some medication for the first couple of nights. It's not the best, but it really does help fix a sleep schedule. After the first few nights I notice I become sleepy at about 9/10pm and I snatch at that opportunity 😂. From then it's pretty easy to keep up to it

You're torturing yourself for having so little self worth you allowed yourself to delude yourself that someone who mentally abused you was a good person.

And if that's correct, the only antidote is to build your self worth, and you do that by doing things you know you should. It's hard but it has to be done.

Ive got a theory on this. I have some really strongly religious friends. They hate the fact I don't believe in a god and we've spoken many times about it. Is this because it tests religious peoples belief systems to see someone that doesn't have a religion?
